The kebap, a Turkish cousin to the Greek gyro, is actually named döner kebap. Döner means "turning" and kebap means "roasted".
Our original kebap sandwich is made with a European-style bread (round bread, toasted on the outside and moist and flaky on the inside), exclusively baked for Uncle Otto's European Eatery with Uncle Otto's secret recipe.
The kebap starts with marinated savory chicken or beef, which is grilled on a vertical spit and carved in full view of the customer. This is combined with the freshest vegetables, topped with Uncle Otto's secret sauce, and then stacked onto our famous European bread. A taste you won't soon forget.
